Preparation instructions:

Oven (recommended method)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the frozen pandebonos on a tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them to allow them to expand.
  3. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until puffed up, golden brown and smelling of fresh cheese.
  4. Remove them and let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Air Fryer (for faster browning)

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Put the pandebonos in the basket with space between them.
  3. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, checking halfway through.
  4. Remove when they are puffed up and golden brown.

Important Notes: Keep frozen. Cook or heat directly from frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.
