Antioquian Lentil Soup

Nutritious and comforting, with that warm, homemade flavor.

Preparation instructions:

1. Frozen precooked product, ready to heat.
2. Do not defrost before preparing.

Pot or Pan (recommended method):

• Place the frozen contents in a pot over medium heat.
• Add a little water if you want a lighter texture.
• Heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot and smelling homemade.

Microwave (quick option):

• Place the portion in a microwave-safe container.
• Cover lightly with a suitable lid or wrap.
• Heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Important Notes: Heat directly from the freezer, without defrosting. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
