Cheese Fritters

Ripe plantain stuffed with melted cheese, the perfect balance between sweet and salty, a joy that melts in every bite!

Preparation instructions:

Air Fryer (quick and crispy option)

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the frozen aborrajados on the tray without piling them up.
3. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
4. Remove when they are golden brown on the outside and the cheese is melted on the inside.

Oven (for a uniform finish)

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the aborrajados on a tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them once so they brown evenly.
4. Remove when they are crispy and golden brown.

Important Notes: Keep frozen. Cook or heat directly from the freezer.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
