Colombian Pre-cooked Empanadas

Crispy and filled with meat, chicken, or cheese. A surefire classic.

Preparation instructions:

Air Fryer (recommended option)

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the frozen empanadas without piling them up.
3. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
4. Remove when they are golden brown, crispy, and hot inside.

Oven (for a more even texture)

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the empanadas on a tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning them over once during baking.
4. Remove when they are golden brown and the filling is hot.

Important Notes: Keep frozen. Cook or heat directly from frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.
